Frequently asked questions
Can you move our email without losing anything?
Yes. Mail, calendars and contacts are copied to the new platform and synchronised again immediately before cutover, so nothing sent during the migration is lost.
Why do we keep receiving emails that appear to be from our own staff?
That is spoofing, and it usually means the domain lacks correctly configured SPF, DKIM and DMARC records. Setting those up allows receiving mail servers to reject forged messages.
How do we stop paying for licences we no longer use?
By reconciling assigned licences against current staff on a regular cycle and adjusting counts before each renewal date, rather than auto-renewing whatever was purchased last year.
